Learning Community

A Leadership Learning Community is an intentional process of in-depth teaching and group learning for executive leaders in a church or organization.  Each Leadership Learning Community is tailor-made to address the specific needs of your leadership team.

Typically, Leadership Learning Communities involve five to seven monthly meetings, or two day long retreats.  Metanoia will design and implement a curriculum specific to your needs on topics such as:
